    When next semester starts there will be days where my workout will fall on a day that I am out of town. From your expierence would you workout the day before and take the extra rest time until my next scheduled workout or wait until I get back and just restart my scheduling from there?

    how long are you out of town? If it is more than 3 days you can push the workout up. but the beauty of the system is that it shouldn't matter much since you won't be in an over-trained state to begin with you could take two weeks off and you wouldn't lose any strength or size. I myself usually take more days off instead of pushing workouts up.

      Sounds good, and I'm only out of town for two days max, usually one.

        yeah I would wait the extra couple days. It NEVER hurts to rest a bit more.
