    Not sure if this is the correct place so if not, my bad.

    I have a lot of wrestling shows coming up this year and I need to start planning a cutting phase in order to get to a maintainable weight yet still look good for T.V. I have never actually done a cutting pahse so I have no lcue as too what it exactly entails.

    To help give a better idea of what I may need here are my stats, diet and training regimine.




    6'2@236# trying to get to 240

    Diet:

    1:oatmeal&protein shake
    2: chicken tenders (micorwavable)
    3. Chicken breast, brown rice, veggie
    4: pre workout shake
    5 post workout shake
    6: grilled chicken, veggie
    7: egwhite omlete (if I am not too full)


    Training:

    Right now I am doing doggcrapp training which is hard because of doing regular two part training for the past few years.

    Cardio: 2-3 hours per week depending.


    I appreciate any help you cats can give me.

    Your diet already looks like a cutter to me. At 236 lbs., and trying to get to 240, you should be eating a hell of alot more than that. 2-3 hours of cardio a week looks like enough to me, just do it in the mornings on an empty stomach.

    Maybe if you cut out some carbs, you could shed a few more pounds, but you would be depriving your body of enough calories, and wasting away LBM.

        Typo, I was attempting to get to 240# but I know that isn't possible now that I need to cut
