What are some good movements/excerices that train this area the best?

Chances are, if this area is under developed, your whole tricep is under developed. Their is no way to isolate a head of a tricep, so your best bet is to hit the biggest movements you can do. Dips, close grip bench, skull crushers and french presses. Not all at once though. LOL If you spend time doing odd movements to "hit more of one head", you are going to start to lack over all tricep strength and size.
