hey guys i need a nice routine to follow. I would like to know what kind of routines you use at the gym so maybe i can get a few pointers from you and maybe develop my own routine.

well height im 5'9 im 160 lbs. bf was about 19% when i checked it im not sure i really can't remember. My basic goal is to lean out because im pretty flabby but at the same time i want to gain muscle you know. i go to the gym so pretty much have access to everything basic and well im willing to train as much as necessary to achieve my goals

I would recommend lifting either 4 or 5 days a week and doing cardio a minimum of 3 days for at least 45 minutes per workout. For example, one possible schedule would be:
Monday: Legs, Calves
Tuesday: Cardio, Abs
Wednesday: Back, Calves
Thursday: Cardio, Abs
Friday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Calves
Saturday: Biceps, Forearms, Abs, Cardio
Sunday: Rest
This is just one example to give you an idea. Some of the basic guidelines are don't have back workouts too close to biceps. Don't do legs and cardio on the same day. Do at least three days of cardio a week. On days when you do weightlifting and cardio, it's best to split those up into a morning and evening session. That's a start anyway. You can post what you intend to do and I'm sure you'll get more feedback.
