    i find 30 minute of running/ incline walking 4 time a week the best for fat loss. run a mile incline walk a half a mile, run a mile, incline walk another half. Use a good incline that keeps the heart rate up. Good for the cafs too.

        It is not hard to eat 195 grams of protein a day church. Try eating 400 grams a day like I do.

        Also....don't rely on the protein powder as your only source. There is no substitute for real food. Eat more chicken, fish, lean beef and pork.

        If you don't have to be at work until 12:30, then why don't you work out first thing in the morning? Then you're body will be burning fat all day long, and have more time to recover at night when you're sleeping.
