Is there such thing? I have been doing 30-35 minutes in the morning treadmill or lipticall, 5 times a week. Lately after I train I have been doing another 30-35 minutes. Its been 2 weeks now I have been doing this and I went from 242lbs-232lbs in those 2 weeks. Im eating clean, 6 meals a day, only 2 meals with carbs meal 1 and post training. Am I doing too much cardio, cause 10 lbs is alot too lose?

That depends on a lot of things-your goals, how many calories you're eating. If you post more info it could be helpful. If you are very overweight (overfat) and your only goal is to lose weight, then who cares how fast you lose it as long as you are losing it in a healthy manner-diet and exercise. If you are trying to lose weight while maintaining lean mass then that is definitely too fast to lose the weight-you are probably losing lean mass also.

Thanks for the reply, I should have given you my stats sorry, but here they are.
Height-6´0
weight-232 (2 weeks ago 242@ 14%b.f.)
Im on 250mg sostenon e3d (If it matters)
Diet-
Meal1(Post cardio)Iso pro shake, 2 bananas
Meal2- 6 whole eggs
Meal3- 8oz chicken or meat, salad
Meal4- same as meal 3
Meal5(post workout) 1lb lean ground beef, slice of bread or potato
Meal6- Iso pro shake
My goal is like everybody else, to get lean while preserving muscle. My goal would to be 215-220 at 8-10%. I hope the stats help, thanks guys.

Thanks for the replies, the problem with the eating is im always on the go 4 days a week, I dont live at home im in mexico for work, and Im living out of hotels and a suitcase. My priority is always finding a place to train and getting that out of the way, when it comes to food its hard, I can always throw in bars or more shakes.
