  • love handle section/abs

    holding alil extra fat in the lower abs and love handle sections, any specific exercises that will reduce fat quicker. I am dieting now but want an extra edge. thanks

    there is no exercise other than cardio to burn off that last bit

            It's not a fancy type of diet, he just means a diet which is well managed. If you're consuming the right foods, and doing enough cardio, then you'll most likely be able to shed those areas of fat. you cannot spot reduce fatty areas by hitting them with an exercise. You will only tone, and build the muscle, but it will not be visible if the layer of fat remains. A "pin point diet" is key to getting the shredded look.

                      Basically what you would get from fish oils (Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids), salmon, peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, flax seed, etc.
