  • Back from a long break....

    Hey fellas, I am planning on getting back into the gym next week. I took about a 5 month break (home, wife) you guys understand! I stopped lifting in the best shape of my life and have retained most of what I've gained, of course i lack the muscle hardness from working out on a regular basis. I've been dieting for the past 2 weeks trying to get the mental aspect back in order. Is there any one thing that i should do before or after starting up again? Thanks

    take it slow and easy...I always make the mistake of going full bore after a long break and end up injuring myself.

      Yea i knew i would hear that.....i was just reading your article on shock training. Very interesting. I was doing the traditional 4xweek training regimen....not huge gains.
