...I am in one of my "Funks" lately...I have been fighting a bad cold for a week now and just feel to drained to go plus we are in the process of buying a house so I have busy and stressed to no end. I have been trying to cut carbs but guess what I ate tonight????...........CHINESE and about 5 pounds at that :D...I need to get my wife prego because being off is killing me, lol. I think I worked out like twice in Feburary.

wait that shit out bro until you feel up to getting back in there and sweating your ass off! I tried to get back in a quick workout one day when I was sick and I thought I might pass out the first second after my heart rate got a little above normal...... relapsing would totally suck ass.... but I know what it's like not being able to hit the weights tho.... you're fiending n shit
