  • Man I can't get my butt to the gym...

    ...I am in one of my "Funks" lately...I have been fighting a bad cold for a week now and just feel to drained to go plus we are in the process of buying a house so I have busy and stressed to no end. I have been trying to cut carbs but guess what I ate tonight????...........CHINESE and about 5 pounds at that :D...I need to get my wife prego because being off is killing me, lol. I think I worked out like twice in Feburary.

    Well you have inspired me to change up my way of working out. Maybe that's some motivation to get there and stay fined tuned to help others out.

      actually I just watched The Cronnicles of Riddick and now I am all pumped up for tomorrow.... :D


      but yes...I could talk about training all day and night with people...I love talking about it.

            Get in your car, drive to the gym, grab some 6lb weights and do dumbell press's and hammer curls, then do a pullup or 2, and finish off with 4 minutes walking on the treadmill

                God to make it even worse I got EXTREMELY sick today...my body felt like it got hit by a truck...i think it was the chinese food I ate last night. I couldn't even get out of bed.

                        wait that shit out bro until you feel up to getting back in there and sweating your ass off! I tried to get back in a quick workout one day when I was sick and I thought I might pass out the first second after my heart rate got a little above normal...... relapsing would totally suck ass.... but I know what it's like not being able to hit the weights tho.... you're fiending n shit

                          hate to say it stonecold but your story sounds like mine, we just bought a house. I know what a pain in the ass it can be, just look at it this way I've been off for 6 months and jumped back into it today! So if i can you can........good luck

                            im going through the same thing; i still go but i dont crave it all day, plus when im at the gym, i have no intensity and just want to head back home... i think this problem can be summed up in two words: FEBRUARY SUCKS!
