    It's getting close to the summer time and I was wondering number of sets, reps, routines, and cardio that would help me tone up. I am 6' 175lbs and about 8% body fat.

    If you're really 8%bf, you don't need to tone up much. If you want to tone up, do at least 4 days of cardio for 30-40 minutes or about 20 minutes of intervals along with 4 days of strength training. But most of all, eat a good, clean diet.

        routine shouldnt change when bulking or cutting, use a normal one there are probably 200 different routines u can find by searching, dont use stonecold's routines tho =P
