I got bored of doing the same ole' cardio week in and week out, so I came across some of my wifes Tae-bo tapes. I thought "why not" I could use the change. I popped one in and went at it.
10 minutes later I've got my shirt off and I'm huffin' and puffin' and sweating my ass off. I took my shirt off because I thought for a minute "this motherfucker might make me pass out."
I kept wondering when the hell the tape was gonna end, It was very tough. Maybe next time I'll start with the beginners tape, or better yet I'll just stick with the treadmill.
