Ok .. some of you may know me from the "other" side of the forum . I have not been on in awhile. Mainly because of back injury and hating the way I look right now. I was in a car wreck and now have alot of things wrong with my back ... I already have degenerative discs disease.. I also have 2 bulges and also arachnoiditis which is a nerve problem that causes burning in the back down the glutes and hammys.
My doctor has cleared me only to do pilates!! Now I am sure anything works if you work it but I am used to throwing around the steel in the gym. Basically what I am looking for is an effective low weight high rep type work out where I can incorporate a good burn and grow as well as cut up and loose some of this weight I put on. I was 225 when I came "off" and now I am about 215 with a little extra far around the stomach due to pain killers and junk food. They made me very lazy and now I want ME back. Any suggestions ? Help a bro out
