Any more details would be helpful. You stole bbaddicts name huh...

Prob. bad form. Too much weight. Overtraining. Flexibilty? Do you stretch? What lead up to the flies.

Yeah, more details please! When you say arms, where exactly do you mean? Just guessing, it could be either a problem with using your delts too much or it could really just be outer pec burn being misinterpreted as arm pain. More details needed!

Could be a few things. Could be sore from lifting, could be an injury...

Three main shoulder/joint injuries. Tear, Bersitis and an impingement. The R/C tear is generally diagnosed in a clinical exam by a series of movements. Abduction, adduction and a couple others that incluce reachin back and rying to touch the center of your back and the back of your head.

With an impingment, the injury is being caused from a pinched nerve in the shoulder. You have a very large nerve running in your should/armpit, through your bicep and into your forearm. When this is pinched, you generally get pain or numbness in your bicep and with this can lead to atrophy.

Bersitis is generally associated with pain without movement. The shoulder is sore all of the time.
