  • Routine Change.

    This was my last routine for about 4 months...I liked it a lot but it was overtraining.

    Chest,Bi's Lateral delts
    Back,Tri's, rear delts
    Legs
    rest
    Repeat. I was lifting heavy 5-6 times a week.

    I do abs and traps a few times a week. My new routine is like this.

    Chest
    Rest
    Bi's,Tri's, Shoulders
    Legs
    Rest
    Back
    Rest

    Much more resting im hopeing this breaks through a plateu. Im pretty sure it will.....what do u guys think?

    Looks pretty good. What actual exercises are you going to be doing and how many sets?

      For chest i used to just flat bench, and incline dumbell press, cable crossovers, and finish off with as many pushups as i can...

      Now im doing Decline bench and incline Barbell, dumbell flys.

      Back im using cable only excersises except bent over barbell rows cuz they are my shit =)

      My leg routine is staying the same, Squats, leg press, extention, leg curl, and glute+ham raises.

      Bi's and tris im going to be using more heavy barbell excersises instead of lighter dumbell stuff. Im also hoping a bit of a bench increase due to my Tri's having a huge rest before i hit chest again.
