It's a form of shin splints. First try getting some arch support. If that dosn't work then you need to take a couple weeks off. SLOWLY work back into running. Heat, massage, stretch, then warm up with a fast pace walk. If you start to feel pain still during or after running. Ice for 20 mins, within 30mins of completing exercise and take 400mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours for the next 24 hours. Rest the next day.

not polish , supposed to read "Mahºney_inc™" , not sure if u can see that , or f thats how it shows up , but on some pages its right others its not. Yeah , i will give that a go , but reading up on shin splints , it dosent sound right ,looks like a trip to the doc could be on its way ....

shin splints is a generalized term. Depending on what site you go to, it will give it's idea of shin splints. Could be muscle tearing, could be microfractures. Sounds worse than it is for your body to fix. Give what I said a go and if it dosn't work, you would have to see and orthopedic. Your general doc won't be able to do anything except give you a stronger anti-inflamitory. I will tell you in a worse case senario, if you start feeling numbness in your feet after feeling pain, you could be developing compartment syndrome. In some cases it's only correctable with surgery where they will make two inscisions basically creating more space on both sides of your lower legs.

well today i went for a walk again ,stretched for 20 mins b4 hand ... and , again , 15mins in i could feel it tightening up , 20 mins , pain , 30 mins in excrutiating pain.
            Walking UPhill hurt less.
30 mins in took off my shoes.
and , no more pain !!!
Instead of hurting my legs felt MAD ,, good pain , u know , without shoes my calves (soleus) were getting the full moving stretch they needed

That kind of sounds like the start of achilles tendinitis. How old are your shoes? If there are pretty old you may have worn a dent like hole in the heal, raising the arch in your foot. If you do have the dent, try and place a padding in the heel of your shoe and see if that helps.
