    Hey. I'm looking for some help on losseing my gut and lovehandles. For about 2 months I do 15 minutes of running every day, and 2 days a week I do 3-5 sets of 3-5 different abdominal exercises. It just doesn't seem to be working.

    Clean up your diet. You can do endless sets of abs and it won't do anything for your fat. You cannot sport reduce fat. Bump u pyour cardio a little and keep the intensity high.

      diet bro but eat the right foods bro. Eat good amounts of proteins, watch the carbs, and eat the good fats.
