Ok, I was talking to my old lady tonite and she mentioned that she wants to lose a little baby fat on the love handles, make her legs into shape a little more, abs a little better, and defintion for back muscles................ I was just wondering if anyone could give me some freindly advice of what excerises, reps, and cardio for her to do??????????
