exercise does not burn the majority of fat off...nor is it possible to spot reduce fat on any part of the body by "working that section out". An on point diet is pretty much the only way to burn fat off. We would need your diet and workout to even begint to help.

I found that staying away from sugars and carbs help as well as not eating in the evening. Try sticking to eating lean meat and salad raw vegtables less potatos rice breads and pasta. No fast foods or deepfried foods ect. It s not easy but so far its working for me their is much more but like stone cold said we need to know your diet in order to be more helpful.I also found cardio helps but i think it shuled be done more often then 3 times a week 15 min each time.

Not eating in the evening is bad advice. You should eat lean meat and some green veggis. You body does it building and repairing while you sleep. During the day brown rice, sweet potataoe. whole grain products are good sources of complex carbs. It's not so much about cutting out things(depending on how much you take in) but making better selections.

Go to ironaddicts.com and check out the article section. There are some great articles there about timed carb dieting. I have been on it for 2months and have lost 20lbs and all my lifts have increased

It also sounds like you don't eat near enough to feed your muslces. You said you don't have a good diet. Just give us a breakdown of what your average day is like.

I agree with shibby yams, green veggies, and other whole grains such as old fashioned oatmeal and brown rice are the way to go as far as carbs are concerned. If any of these seem to bland for you,you can add a butter spray or hot sauce to help with taste. As far as protein goes i would go with chicken, egg whites, eye of round steak, tuna, a meal replacement powder, and fat free cottage cheese. I also supplement with a multi vitamin and flax seed oil in moderation. The key for me has always been finding new ways to cook old foods such as using Ms.Dash spice and different kinds of mustards. The bottom line is if you don't like what you are eating you probably won't stay on your diet for too long.
