my right knee is aching especially during leg presses....i haven't tried doing any squats on it
leg extenstions and hamstring curls don't really bother me
should i continue to do leg extensions and hamstring curls while my knee is sore or should i just completely lay off of it? another alternative is should i try doing weightless exercises, like squats without a weight, or plyometrics
i got a baseball game this saturday, and it doesn't erally bother me while i run
I'm really trying to build mass in my lower body tho and it doesn't seem to be building nearly as fast as my upper body
