I am starting a new workout that is very different from what I have done in the past. It is kind of a modified Navy Seal workout:
warm up
20 min of stretching (big change)
30 minutes of push ups, pull ups, abs, leg exercises (basically every exercise that you can think of without using weights)
30 minutes of weight training
pick 2 exercises per major bodygroup, 1 for minor
do one set to failure(6-8 reps) and one set lighter weight (4-2-4 tempo)
15-20 minutes of cardio
I am hoping to get more solid and maybe a little more definition. I am also starting a B+ grade diet (a little cheating)
Has anyone experimented with this type of workout?
I will keep you posted.
