  • Back after a month...

And it's kicking my ass. I had to take a month off after an emergency surgery. Pancreatitis that led to a forced gall bladder removal. Strength and conditioning is only down a bit but it's hard to get back on schedule with eating. All in all it's not as tough as I thought and I do have a renewed fire. Surgery sucks, that's all.

Good to hear you are OK. Be careful on your return to the iron game especially with abdominal wounds.

just think of it as "strategic deconditioning," and enjoy the soreness of a newbie again! glad to hear you're better, take care of yourself.

We've all been there (or will be) either because of illness or surgery, so just be positive about the comeback.
