I agree with the fact you can't change your genetics, but I do think it's important to target the brachialis to enhance the overall shape of the muscle. It is possible to not get as much overall fullness as you can out of the bicep if you do not do any exercises that target the brachialis.

Is that what 12 and 40 ounce curls are for? :D J/K. I like to change the width of my grip on bb curls. Whether or not it has any benefit, I wouldn't know. Same with db preachers, I change the direction of my arm.Originally posted by BBAddict
