When I train legs I do squats, leg press, and hack squats... I finally learned how do deadlifts correctly, and I want to do straight leg ones to hit my hamstrings more. But I don't really have anything left after I do the squats, leg presses and hack squats. Do you guys think I should split up hamstrings and quads to different days? Or do you have any other suggestions. I have stoped doing leg extensions because I am more concerned with putting on some more size first, and I was told that extensions were more for definiton?
