Anyone heard of this? You do one excersise per bodypart in a workout, and blast 10 sets of 10 on it. I started yesterday and did flat bench, and felt like my chest was going to explode. I did it on squats today but didnt make it, lol. I got up to 7 sets and got lightheaded and almost passed out. Its some intense shit. also your not supposed to do the same excersise for another 5 days after you train.

it doesn't sound like a training method qua method....it sounds like an intensity variable...even though 10 sets for a whole workout is a bit much. It does sound like an interesting wrench someone in stale training could throw in. But as far as a method for year round training like any intensity variable it won't work.
