not neccessarily just slow down i.e. 4 secs and 2secs on the way up.

My wonderful Bally's stops at the 100's. I really want to do 5x5 using DB Press as my chest movement and I cant. So I am actually sort of jealous of you having 120'sOriginally posted by num1sonI appreciate the effort, the only prob is the gym I go to stops their db's at 120 so Im screwd for those db bench presses even incline im past the 120's
replace it with more barbell sets?
