    I was wondering if anyone knew any good exercises to make your biceps gain peak? My biceps gain size overall, but i want that peak at the top that makes it look more like a ball. If anyone can help i'd greatly appreciate it...thanks

    a great peak is genetic.Try cable curls,concentration curls....

      ok thank you...i didn't know genetics were involved here. I figured if you worked the head of the bicep well enough you could push it up farther and form a great peak....

        Hammer curls...the brachlis will push it up some...But great ones are genetic..

          and make sure you keep your elbows tucked into your sides...i had a bad tendency of flinging them out as i was lifting the weight

            Body fat will have alot to do with how round it looks when flexed.

              true. When i bulk up, the bicep looks large and just there. But when i start cutting up, u can see the peak more.

                Somebody reccomended drag curls to me when I was plateaued, and it made a huge difference.

                My biceps are my weak spot.

                      I do spider curls for a major hit on my peak...though i wonder if that's their real name? it's like a standing cross body hammar curl with a twist at the end, they are deadly...
