Right now as of two weeks ago i switched up my routine
right now its
chest/biceps
legs/shoulders
back/triceps
a day rest in between each
i've been doing squats and good mornings on leg days (i just started doing squats again after about a year off...)...also 2 sets each of ham curls and leg extensions, lunges, and calf raises......i was doing leg presses before i switched the routine up every other workout
just wanna get the opinion on where to stick deads in, my last routine i was working back/legs/biceps same day so i didn't have to decide
should i do stiff or regular deads more regularly? ... i also recently read not to go heavy every single time you do deads, should i abide by that?
