Well my bench is finally making strides. I'm all natural right now and have been making good gains on bench. The only thing that I'm really doing different than before is that I do burnouts on the cable crossovers after I'm done with bench. I'm doing heavier tricep pushdowns and more reps on the dip machine as well. I don't know what or how I got over my plateau, but I'm loving it. I did 315 last night and thought what the heck and repped it 4 times. I put 355 on there and almost freaking nailed it. I went down slow, touched my chest, and got it up about 8 inches and slowed down and stuck. If I hadn't repped 315 for 4 reps, I'm confident that I could have nailed 355. Man, if I was told 5 years ago that I'd be benching 350, I'd have thought there was no way in the world that enough drugs, training or eating could get me there. Hard work prevails though. 5 years, man seems like a while.
