Today my drive was fueled by the bastard that beat me in a martial arts tournament. We fight again next month and I'm gonna make sure I'm ready next time. I just screwed up my preparation mentally and physically this time, but I'll be ready next time.

I will be the first to admit that girls are the reason I still lift, lol. I am happily married and all but I just like to be the one looked at when I am in the crowd or at work. some say its shallow but it gives me focus and a reason to work past the pain. we each have our own way. I told a story on here a long time ago, I was curling DB's...at that time I was doing 45's for sets of 20. But this fine ass girl sits down next to me at the gym. her thong was sticking out the top of her tight spandex shorts. I grabbed those fucking 60 pound dumbbells and curled the shit out of them. They felt like air, I was so jacked.
