              Lol...Yeah, that's them. I tried them today and they seemed to put a lot more stress on my elbows than skulls.. :thumbsdow

                I think if I saw someone doing that in a gym I would laugh at them. Remeber, fancier dosn't mean better.

                  I don't think they are a fancier type movement, although it does appear that way. From what I've understood it's more to help your bench if you are getting stuck at a certain point. It works the tri's in the process. It's used a lot by powerlifters from what I understand.

                  Who knows, who cares...that's another movement thrown out. ;)

                      Ditto...It looks like a dumbell variation of a close-grip bench...obviously with a more extensive range of motion due to a combination of the use of dumbells...and the 'flared elbows' position.

                      Looks like they'd hurt my elbows/wrists tho. :thumbsdow
