I did a search but didn't come up with anything.
Right now I am teaching him the basics of lifting and making sure he has correct form in all of his lifts. So far he is doing pretty good at not wanting to jump into the heavy weights. My only problem is that he can only train for 4 days a week and I do a five day split. Any of you guys know of a good split to do that will still help me reach my goals, yet stay simple enough to keep him from becoming overwhelmed?
