hey....i found out that i tore my ACL last weekend in a very nuddy rainy football gamew hich ended my seasona dn track season. I am 6'0'' 182lbs and i want to play college ball and have a great senior year comgin back from tearing my ACL
I just would liek to ask all teh guys out there for a upper body routine for 6 months.....
as of right now
my max bench is around 245
i can do 185 reps for about 10-12
all i care about right now is rehabbing my knee and getting ready for next season......I would really appreciate your help.
