I was doing some 4 board bench presses with some PL last night and on my up stroke off the board my left pec sounded as if it had torn? I think it may just have sounded worse than it is. Today I have full mobilty and no external bruising but I have pain simulating a benching movement and flexing making me think it is most likely a minor strain. I do not think I could bench the bar without a good amount of pain. I cannot see a doc for a week or so does any have any suggestions on where to start to get it healing?
