    Hi...

    Well... i just want to ask how to get started with training. I dont want to loose weight, I dont want to gain huge muscles... i just need some movement and want to strenghten my body.

    I know, that the best way how to start with training in gym is to hire a personall trainer... BUT... it is quite expensive... Is it some way how to get advices here on this forum? Basicly i need some tips how to strenghten my chest, arms and belly without help of personall trainer... which excercises should i do, which weights, how many times repeat excercises etc... if it will be possible - use pictures or description , cos i may have problems with some special english terms...

    can you advice me a link with some tips?
