looking to start four days on and 3 off routin, 3 day awk is not enough for me, can you help me with what body parts should i work on the same day including ab workouts as well!!!!

I don't like working chest with triceps...my tris are usually sore when I get to them after chest
chest-biceps
back-triceps
quads-hams
abs-calves
sometimes I feel I get enough of a shoulder workout by doing some front delts with chest (obviously), middle and rear delts, and traps, with back, so I don't leave in a shoulder day.
Try going to www.exrx.net and looking around, they have lots of sample workout splits, as well as ways to break down your workouts (push/pull, bodypart), and diagrams and videos of the exercises, charts of the muscles worked in each exercise, different exercises for different muscles...
