    Agree with the others, 4-5 days is good, no more needed, but I feel like I can't get it all done with 3...I've tried it and I just don't get enough done, especially because I like to keep my workouts at around an hour.

      hey control u seem to kno what your talking about... whats your split... wat do u guys think about one muscle a day for 5 days? 1chest, 2back, 3legs (quads, hanms, claves) 4shoulders, 5arms (bi, tri, forearm)
