referencing http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...ad.php?t=28094, don't AAS allow you to increase your usual training volume, or at least help with recovery from training? I can understand how it (AAS) would have little or no effect on the psychological aspects of overtraining, but wouldn't it help the physiological aspects, or at least allow you to physically go a little harder or a little longer day in and day out?

okay,i just read youe reference thread.i work out every other day and get great results.it all depends on how much rest and sleep you get inbetween workouts.its easy to overtrain at 5or6 days a week depending on how much volume and intensity you use.headaches, feeling tired,no appitite,or labido are all signs of overtraining.pay attention to your body.it will tell you if you are.try every other day or 2on 1 off and pay attention to actual muscle groups you are training and give at least 3-4days rest between training them.if you feel you are overtraining cut back and see if your strength goes up and your gains go up or down.sometimes less is more!!!!

in the short term and even intermediate yes Gear will increase your results from training. BUT it will still catch up to you eventually. I advocate the caution of BE CAREFUL....there is no reason to jack your volume and frequency up with gear....I bet people would see a better result from keeping a low to moderate frequency and volume and REALLY increase their intensity. adding intensity variables to already exsisting sets is more economical and better IMO.Originally posted by go Yankeesreferencing http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...ad.php?t=28094, don't AAS allow you to increase your usual training volume, or at least help with recovery from training?
