Weak Arm

  • Weak Arm

    As some of you may know, I broke my arm during a football season last June. I have started training again last month. Right at the start I noticed alot of weakness in the arm, when I was doing any type of lift, now it's mostly my bicep is lacking. Is there anything I can do to try and catch up the arm I broke to the stronger one? Or do I have to wait it out?

    it will catch up eventually... use DBs as much as possible.

      agreed -- make sure you do single arm movements so the strength will even back out in both arms over time bro

        I have the same problem with my left leg post knee surgery...make sure to focus on pressing/pulling equally with both arms on barbell movements and train to your weak side...it'll catch up eventually.
