Wow, at 15 years old, you've got alot of growing still to do. You need to remember that your body hasn't finished growing as a part of the maturation process yet. You're going to get stronger and faster and bigger as you get older anyway. You shouldn't push yourself too hard with weight training at 15 anyway. It would probably be better to focus more on developing your basic football talents for the next couple of years. Added strength and speed from weight training is going to help you when you get to the next level, but it isn't necessarily going to help you get to the next level.

Read alot more on diet. Figure out your BMR. There was a statement in my old gym use to say " 80% diet- 20% workout" which is very true. These people on this wedsite are extremely knowlegable. Read the posts. Thats mostly what I do. BTW I have great improvement to my size, strength, and energy last 4-5 months by changing diet.

Yes I know what you mean I heard some people say before "You are what you eat" so yes il go check more on that, also by the way one thing that really bothers me is NO SORENESS the next day after a work out. Like yestarday I did bench press, biceps/triceps and forearms and my arms feel tired and sord of wek but there is no pain, what does that mean?

probably a combination of working out too much and not concentrating enough, making you not work as hard. that or maybe you need to work on your form and really hit the muscles that you are trying to work. It gets easy to let your body "cheat" to help it get the weight where you want it. just some suggestions.

Make sure in everything your doing it's a slow controlled movement. Don't pump them out as fast as you can. If you can't do it with the weight your using go lighter and always have good form. Say for biceps curls, make sure your not arching forward and you have your head straight. If you have to for form reasons stand against a wall and do the curls with a manegable weight. You'll see better results and avoid injury

Yes I am pretty soon Il be a monsterous wide receiver. By my senior year I hope I will be 6.4 220 lbs
And here is my rhyme, Im 6.4 220 punds anybody tries to stop me is getting clowned, :laughnew: I probalbly won't be 220 but 180-190 of lean muscle maybe

This kid cracks me up!!!!! Neverless, i wil have to give him props on having the balls to get on a big Board at such a young age. If he stays here and keeps learning maybe he want be like all the uneducated kids you see in the gym the year after they graduate.
