  • Need suggestions

Heres my work out pretty much 3 days on 1 day off
I am in the Army so I run about 2 miles every other day also

    Day 1 Chest Back
    Day 2 Bis and Tris
    Day 3 Shoulders and Abs

I usually spend about an hour in the gym each time

Legs I cant do much I have arthritis in my left patella, fractured my patella in a serious motorcycle accident about a year and a half ago but I would like to try and do some kind of leg exercises maybe light weights with alot of reps any suggestions on what I should do and when I can throw it into my work out?

that might be a little much as your hitting every bodypart twice a week. also your triceps would be sore before your shoulder workout.

try something like this if youw till want your 3 days in a row.

      1 Chest and Tris
      2 Back and Bis
      3 Shoulders and Abs

Imo, i think you would be better separating everything so you go 2 on 1 off and hit every less often.

        Maybe soemthing like

        Chest and Triceps
        Back and Biceps
        Off
        Shouders and Abs
        Light Leg Workout
        Off

Do you take anything for your arthritis?

you may be suprised. some folks grow easily on low volume work.

How is that low volume? He lifts 6 days a week the first week and 5 days the next.

Good point. If I'm understanding him correctly, according to his first post he works out Sunday Monday Tuesday, rest Wednesday, works out Thursday Friday Saturday, rest Sunday, works out Monday Tuesday Wednesday, rest Thursday, works out Friday Saturday, etc... Wow, that seems like alot.
