          well if people trained like they were suppose to for just about 30 minutes total 2-3 times a week they wouldn't have that problem, lol (I just had to take a cheap shot)....I love it when guys wear 4 sweatshirts to look HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :drunk:
