  • Routine critique?

    Currently: 168 lbs, low bf (not sure exact %age). I'm quite tall so look pretty skinny. My diet is pretty good (had it critiqued a while back).

    My goal is to gain mass and look better.

    My current routine is below. Unless I mark it, I'm doing the exercise 3x8.

    Day 1:
    Squats, 1x20 (2 warmup sets)
    Leg Press
    Calf Raise
    Seated Row
    Lat pulldown
    Curl

    Day 3:
    SLDL, 2x10 (1 warmup set)
    Bench Press
    Dips
    Tricep pushdowns
    Abs

    Day 5:
    Military Press
    Dumbell shoulder press
    Shrug
    Abs

    Please offer me suggestions. One thing I want to do is work DL in there somewhere, but I'm not sure which day to do it on. I definitely cant do it on day 5 due to the Squats and SLDL on the previous days.
