  • Crossfit??

    Ive been doing the Crossfit system for about a month now, and I think its simply amazing. I have seen a major change in agility, flexability and fundamental strength. The workouts are unique, and can be tailored to your skill level.

    Anyone else tryed this style of training?

    Never heard of it--do you have any easy to share details on the program?

    EDIT: Never mind, I found it easily by googling. It sounds interesting, but it's definitely geared for different goals than what I am shooting for now. It's definitely more of a general health/fitness program than bodybuilding.

      There arent any crossfit gyms around my city. Most Army posts have a crossfit near. I want to start using CF to get ready for the q. Any advice would be greatly appreciated brother.

        i've been dooin it for the past 3 or 4 months. great workouts. my strength has increased alot since starting.

              i would say check the main pge at crossfit.com and look at the wod. they ppost new ones every night around 10 for the next day. it mostly stuff that you can do at home. if you dont have equiptment its very easy to improvise.

                Im collecting some kettlebells and what now. I am not interested in rings and stuff just improving my overall fitness and endurance

                  i would definately start with the wod's. thats all i am trying to do is increase my fitness level as well. i was really skeptic at first but it has really helped me start to get in better shape

                        Ranger regiment is really big into crossfit these days. Good smoker. Really helps with high intensity cardio. I couldn't do it three times a day like I see our elite guys doing.
