  • cardio and training, which first?

I have put together my cutting supplements, i will be taking two different stacks, the first for three weeks and the second for three weeks... i will take these stacks twice daily, one when i wake up before cardio (9ish) and one in the early evening (3ish).. because of my schedule i only have MWF mornings to do anything so i will be training and doing my cardio on MWF which includes either a 40 min session of bike riding or an HIIT session and a workout session... Monday is Chest, Tris and Abs, Wednesday is Legs, Shoulders and Abs, Friday is Biceps and Back... my stats are 5'10" 165lbs 15%bf and I want to get totally ripped =) Here are my stacks:

    25mg Vasopro Ephedrine
    200mg Prolab Caffiene
    12.5mg Yohimbine HCL

    1000mg Acetyl L-Carnitine
    300mg Green Tea Extract
    Biotest Hot Rox

I have one question though, is it better to do cardio first then train or is it better to train then do cardio?
    Any suggestions appreciated

    Cardio second.

Post your diet and we'll help you fix that up. I'm sure there's at least one or two things we could improve for you.

At your weight, are you sure you should be cutting? Your bf is kinda high, so you might want to diet for a good month or so to get that down, but after that I think you need to put on some muscle. Diet down to 155-158, and then slowly bulk to around 170-175. I think you will be much happier with the results.

If you're going to do them both at the same time, I would definitely do cardio second. When I'm cutting, I'll do cardio later in the evening as a separate workout from my lifting. I don't like how long a workout gets if I lift and do cardio as part of the same trip to the gym. I feel that glycogen stores are depleted from the lifting and it's much easier to have more muscle loss during cardio if you do lifting and cardio at the same time. Just my personal preference.
