  • Wrist pain

This probably isn't the first thread on this topic, but it's something that really bothers me during training, and it doesn't feel like it could be any good for my bones. Are there any ways to avoid it?

I usually get it every so often from extensive push ups or from bench presses. It goes away after a while, but there was a time that I wore wrist wraps for it to keep my wrists straight.

You have to be a little more specific on when and how it works. But more than likely it's basically a form of carpultunall(sp).

I feel it whenever I do chest exercises like bench press or dumbell press. It's generally the worst while doing those.

You have a bunch of smaller joints with cartlidge in between them. They are irratated or damaged and the motion of the wrist going backwards compress' them and makes it worse. I have it alot, plus with all the taping of athletes, it gets irratated all the time.
