When ever I hear this question it's usually from guys who want bigger arms. Before we get into this to much; is that it? How do you feel about your triceps?

soreness is not an indication of a good or bad workout...soreness is just soreness....I can sprain my ankle and it will be sore but it does not indicate muscle growth...record keeping, consistent workouts and picture diaries are the only good way of seeing if you are making progress over the years (notice i said over the YEARS)....

lift heavy, rest, eat a lot...visit the nutrition section for diet info, sleep at least 8 hrs a night, or 10 if you're me...and stay consistent, your arms will grow...you're 17, a lot of the "arms" you see in Flex Magazine belong to 33 year olds; they have been training as long as you've been on this Earth...pace yourself

eat like you have never eaten before... take your time, train right and have fun.

Is that a response? Wow... mature.

Anyhow it is the same as everyone else here is saying, eat lots, train hard, sleep, and be patient. You will get bigger arms, they just take awhile.. keep at it.
