  • Elbow and wrist pain

Been working out for over 13 years and a competitive bodybuilder. Off season I train like a power lifter but have NEVER ever had any joint problems ever. I guess age, etc if finally catching up with me. I'm 37 and have had excrusiating pain in my right forearm all the way up to my elbow. At first I thought it was ademia since the other forarm bothered me too, however the other forearm is fine now yet the right one continues to ache. It prevents me from being able to do many exercises or I just suck it up and do them but am in extreme pain. I'm popping aleive like they are tic tacs and have worn the brace for tennis elbow. Anyone have anything similar and what did you do or use so that you could continue with your trianing. Please don't say rest because time is of the essence with me-first show is in June so I can't rest not an option.

    Thanks everyone!
