I have added these exercises to my routines. However for the life of me, I cannot get to the point where I can keep my upper body in the correct position. It always seems like I am leaning way to forward. I cannot seem to get the form where you bring your butt down in more of a sitting position and the upper body is more upright.
My legs are long althougth I am only 6'. I just can't get it. Is there any method or exercises that can help.
Also one of my knees cracks everytime i bend down for either of these exercises and this is the good knee, the knee that has pins in it is perfectly fine.
