When ever my wife gets done doing a decent amount of cardio or playing basketball, her nose will be runny for at the rest of the day. Anyone know why this is?

Sinus Problems After Running?

There is something in the nose that keeps the sinus's lubricated. During the exercise she is more than likely breathing a lot through the nose and drying the sinus's out, so whatever it is in the nose that keeps them lubricate is working double time. When she stops it is still working. She probably needs to do a longer cool down period afterwards.Originally posted by ShibbyWhen ever my wife gets done doing a decent amount of cardio or playing basketball, her nose will be runny for at the rest of the day.
