I just started doing cardio 3-4times week now. MWF, do it 10 minutes intense, and on Thursdays i do 45 minutes low intensity.
For legs i do 3 sets of each: squats, leg presses, hack, and leg extensions. Ive been noticing a big time lose in muscle in the legs recently. I train hams on differnet days.
Could this be due to that im running on the treadmill, doing sprints for 10 minutes. They werent like this before. They look more muscluar though but big loss in size.
